Kelly has formed a non-profit organization called the Snellville Arts Alliance which is dedicated to uniting the arts in Snellville by building a fine arts facility. The next event will be October 25 at Summit Chase. The Council and Mayor attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Quality of Life Unit's new location in City Hall. The Council and Mayor recently hired an Interim City Manager, Jim Brooks. Mr. Brooks is doing an excellent job.
